Since 1981, Medha group’s power electronics and traction systems have been utilized by the Spanish train operator, Renfe, across a wide range of trains.
All hardware and software used in these trains are developed and manufactured in-house, with safety-critical applications certified to SIL 4 standards.
In this case study, Medha’s power electronics systems have been integrated into high-speed Talgo Avril trains as part of Renfe’s continuous efforts toward fleet upgrades and modernisation.
