Medha offers turnkey powertrain and battery electric kit for Battery Electric Buses (BEB). We collaborate with globally reputed OEM chassis manufacturers and bus body builders, integrating Medha’s powertrain, control systems, battery management systems, and batteries to provide a comprehensive battery electric bus solution.
Battery Electric buses with Medha technology is operational in over 15 countries in different parts Europe, North America and Asia. Medha represents certain OEMs in regions where the OEMs lack presence but Medha operates.
We also undertakes battery electric conversions inhouse.
Hydrogen Bus
Medha offers our customers complete hydrogen powertrain kit and onboard battery storage. We design, manufacture and integrate power electronic devices enabling the proper operation of the entire vehicle, particularly the hydrogen cell. Our latest Hydrogen bus commenced its passenger service in Gdansk, Poland in May 2024 with a range of 450 km on a single tank with refuelling taking just 15 minutes.
Trucks
Medha’s EV and battery storage kit are used in road trucks up to 35 t currently. Our kit is mated with the vehicle shell to form the complete offering. Medha’s suite of electric power train kit are used by globally reputed OEMs and adopted globally and meets all the safety standards. We customize the power train and gearbox to meet bespoke torque and power delivery requirements for each customer.
Construction Vehicles
Medha’s EV and storage kit are used in construction vehicles such as concrete mixers. Based on custom requirements, Medha can tailor solutions for special applications. Customization usually begins with understanding the operational cycle of the vehicle and its energy consumption, and subsequently sizing the power train and the selecting the appropriate battery chemistry and size.
Light Commercial Vehicles
Medha designs and supplies turnkey powertrain and battery electric kit for renowned LCV manufacturers across the world. LCV’s that Medha specialises weigh typically up to 3.5 t and are designed for easy manoeuvrability and efficiency in urban traffic. They are versatile and used for variety of purposes and feature spacious cargo areas, making them ideal for transporting goods.
